Shipping Methods and Dispatch Time:
We utilize trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Cainiao, 4px, LTEXP, or DHL for all shipments. Tracking numbers are provided for all packages once your order has been dispatched. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 72 hours, Monday through Friday, from the warehouse nearest to your shipping address based on available stock. Our stocked warehouses are located in the United States, Poland, and Shenzhen, China. Should you have concerns about the shipping warehouse, please contact us before placing your order.
Origin of Items:
Please note that the majority of our items are stocked or received directly from our manufacturers in China.
Peak Times and Delays:
During peak periods such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Standard Shipping: 10-50 business days, depending on location.

Customs and Border Control:
International orders may experience delays as they pass through customs. Please allow an additional 10 days for potential delays at the border. If your order still hasn't arrived after this period, please contact us at support@guildmanor.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
International Shipping and Force Majeure:
Guild Manor offers international shipping; however, please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, may impact shipping times or cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience should such issues arise.

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday.
Once an item has been delivered to your destination address and is in or around your property, Louve Lights is no longer liable for any theft or damage. Any post-delivery theft or damage must be addressed with the courier or local postal service.
In cases where the courier cannot deliver due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred for redelivery, return, or destruction of the package. Returned items fall under our returns policy.
