Customs and Border Control
Since we ship internationally, orders have to go through customs (hence the occasionally longer shipping times). This can sometimes mean that your order gets delayed at the border. Please note: Once an item(s) has been delivered to your destination address, and is in or around your property, our company is no longer liable for any theft or damage to the item(s) post delivery. Any theft or damage to the item(s) must then be taken up with the courier or local postal service.
Please note: If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred to arrange for the redelivery of the package. If the order is not claimed items will be destroyed and you as the customer are liable for this loss.
