Unfortunately, some orders that were dispatched from our international warehouse in China have been caught up in unexpected and unpredictable covid-19 government lockdowns and are now experiencing heavy delays. Rest assured if this is you, your package is on its way and we are doing absolutely everything possible to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

However, if your package is outside the estimated delivery dates and you would like more information on the whereabouts of your package please get in touch with us at support@guildmanor.com. There is also a chance that you may be eligible for late delivery compensation and could receive 5% off your total order back. Please get in touch for more information
