Before your order is shipped it is taken through our own quality assurance process to ensure that your items are of the highest standard before making their way to you.

We also have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the item arrives damaged you must contact us immediately so we can take the most appropriate action.

As much as we wish that we had the logistical capabilities of other large dominating businesses (no names), I am afraid we do not. So in return, we offer you free standard shipping on all orders! Where shipping for larger items would usually set you back $50-100, you get the shipping for FREE!

Free Standard Shipping- 7-30 business days (Smaller packages), 15-40 business days (Larger packages- products larger than 30 x 30 x 30cm, 11.8" x 11.8" x 11.8")

Expedited Shipping- 7-14 business days (Extra cost, only available on select items. Please get in touch before placing your order for more information on specific products if you require expedited shipping).

Rest of the world

Standard Shipping- 10-25 business days (Location dependent). Please contact us if you have any questions with regard to shipping times to your location.

Customs and Border Control

Since we ship internationally, orders have to go through customs (hence the occasionally longer shipping times). This can sometimes mean that your order gets delayed at the border. Please give it another 10 days of leeway - if it still hasn't arrived then contact us at support@guildmanor.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note: Larger items such as chandeliers, or large orders consisting of higher quantities of a product, may take between an additional 20 to 30 business days on top of the above estimated shipping times to be delivered. 

Please note: Once an item(s) has been delivered to your destination address, and is in or around your property, our company is no longer liable for any theft or damage to the item(s) post delivery. Any theft or damage to the item(s) must then be taken up with the courier or local postal service.

Please note: If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred to arrange for the redelivery of the package.
